He has thorough knowledge and experience in Corporate Law matters and has over 20 years of hands-on experience in Secretarial compliances, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, FEMA, SEBI Regulations, IPR laws, representation before NCLT, Registrar of Companies, Regional Director and matters relating to compounding and adjudication proceeding under companies act and FEMA. He is having extensive knowledge and experience in merger & acquisition, ESOP.

He is a regular speaker in various forums and Professional Institutes and Forums. He is renowned for his out of the box thinking and innovative approach, providing high quality professional services and solutions to complex corporate law matters.

He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India having more than 24 years of post-qualification experience and more than 29 years of overall experience. His areas of specialization include building an aggressive organization across multiple verticals and effective restructuring of Organizations. He is very effective with Investors, Boards and Stakeholders. His key strengths include IPO and FPO, Capital Markets, Corporate Governance and Start-ups. He has worked in multiple Industry verticals for more than 28 years before coming into Practice. He also specializes in the area of Labour Laws and CSR. He is a certified Labour laws consultant and CSR Professional, certified by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). During the professional career spanning more than 2 decades, he has undergone training in leadership skills, team building and interpersonal skill techniques. He is also a certified ISO Auditor by TUV.

Ansu Elezabeth Thomas is a Senior Partner. She has thorough knowledge on all compliances of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SEBI Regulations, Due Diligence and other applicable statutory compliances. She has more than 15 years of experience across Strategic Advisory and various complex Corporate Law matters. She heads Secretarial Audits, SEBI Regulations related compliances. She is based out of the Hyderabad office.

Her expertise also lies in advising on good governance practices and compliance of corporate governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Secretarial and other laws and regulations and guidelines.

Ansu has a Professional Degree issued by Institute of Company Secretaries of India and she is Fellow member of ICSI

Nihar Eluri is a Senior Associate of dvmgopal & associates, forming part of its core group. He has versatile knowledge and experience on Corporate Law matters and has over 12 years of hands-on experience in Secretarial and Corporate law, Foreign Exchange Laws, IPR Laws, etc.

His areas of specialization include Incorporation of various business entities, like Companies, LLPs, NGO’s, Firms, Societies and Trust, Secretarial Compliance(s), XBRL, FEMA Compliances, Registration(s) under various Statutes includingits regular compliances and ensuring compliance with the Rules, Regulations and by elaw sunder various Statutes.

Jayesh Khatri is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI),who is intowhole-time Practice and also holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Law. He is an All-India 6^th Rank holder in the Professional exam conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His areas of practice are primarily Company Law matters, SEBI Regulations, FEMA Compliances andVarious other statutorycompliances.

He has over 4 years of professional experience in matters with NCLT, Secretarial Audits, corporate legal and secretarial compliances, drafting agreements and opinions and corporate restructuring activities.
