His areas of specialization include Incorporation of various business entities, like Companies, LLPs, NGO’s, Firms, Societies and Trust, Secretarial Compliance(s), XBRL, FEMA Compliances, Registration(s) under various Statutes includingits regular compliances and ensuring compliance with the Rules, Regulations and by elaw sunder various Statutes.

Mr. Jayesh Khatri is an Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI),who is intowhole-time Practice and also holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Law. He is an All-India 6^th Rank holder in the Professional exam conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His areas of practice are primarily Company Law matters, SEBI Regulations, FEMA Compliances andVarious other statutorycompliances.

He has over 4 years of professional experience in matters with NCLT, Secretarial Audits, corporate legal and secretarial compliances, drafting agreements and opinions and corporate restructuring activities.
